The Connect — Firmware service provides the ability for clients and customers to update the firmware or software of their devices or mobile applications in the field. This allows customers to update their installed base of devices or applications ‘over-the-air’ with new features, updates, or fixes.

DICOM Viewer is a web-based Single Page Application that implements most of the functionality required for basic image review. As a DICOM image viewer, DICOM Viewer consists of a viewer component, which runs in a browser and does not require any installation on the client device, and a backend DICOM Viewer Service, that serves as a secure proxy for the viewer component to the HSDP Auditing services.

Connect — Data Integration provides capabilities that facilitate integration with data from a wide range of devices. This platform service enables the integration of data from third-party platforms into the HealthSuite digital platform (HSDP) through Philips’ partnerships with other device and data platforms, allowing developers to use that data in their propositions and applications.
